In order to book a villa, a down payment of 30 % is required. Once the booking procedure is completed, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and all details regarding your booking. Check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes it can happen that your email account recognizes these as spam/junk emails.
The rest payment (70% of the agreed accommodation price) has to be made no later than 30 days before arrival.

In case you cancel your reservation, the cancellation charges will be charged in full amount of price. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, and you will receive our written confirmation.
Price includes:
- all taxes
- cooking utensils
- cutlery
- cleaning equipment
- water and electricity
- weekly change of bed linen
- cleaning of the apartment on departure day
